3. Eligibility Requirements (Required Criteria)
- Nationality: The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen and in good health.
- Age requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree: High school diploma required, under 30 years of age.
- Master’s degree: Bachelor’s degree required and under 35 years of age.
- PhD: Obtaining a Master’s degree and being under 40 years old.
