- Year of graduation: The program is exclusively for recent graduates from the classes of 2025 or 2026 .
- Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA): Obtaining a high academic average of at least (4 out of 5), or (3.2 out of 4), or (60 out of 100).
- Professional experience: The applicant’s previous work experience should not exceed one year at most.
- Full-time commitment: Full-time commitment to a full-time training contract for one year (12 months).
- Documentation requirements: An equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education is required for certificates issued outside the Kingdom, and a “graduation certificate” must be attached if the final graduation certificate has not yet been received.
